What is a snail mail club?
A snail mail club is a monthly subscription where you receive a physical letter in the mail. Instead of digital content, you get fun items and activities delivered to your mailbox each month.
When will I receive my letter?
Adventure Club letters are mailed once per month. Most members receive their envelope during the first week of the month, depending on postal delivery times.
What if I need to cancel or change my address?
You can update your mailing address or cancel your subscription anytime. Just contact us and we’ll help make the change before the next month’s letters are sent.
What if I didn’t receive my letter?
Sometimes mail can get delayed. If your letter hasn’t arrived within 10–14 days of the mailing date, contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue.
